Two presenations stemming from the results of this research will be given at the Canadian Association of Geographers (CAG) AGM and the Association for Non-profit and Social Economy Research (ANSER) AGM at the Conference of the Social Sciences and Humanities at Carleton University in Ottawa. The presentation that I will be giving at the CAG is titled “Maximizing Gateway Community Benefits from Conservation through Capacity Building: A Case Study of Thaidene Nene and Lutsel K’e, NWT” and the presentation scheduled for ANSER is titled “The Role of the Social Economy in Facilitating Community Social and Economic Development Related to Conservation: A Case Study of Lutsel K’e and Thaidene Nene”. Both presentations are scheduled for May 28, 2009.
